Our story
Life care plans sit at the intersection of medicine and the law. Done well, they give an injured person a clear, evidence-based picture of the care they will need across a lifetime — and give attorneys, mediators, and juries a defensible framework for evaluating reasonable and necessary costs.
For decades, that work has been done in spreadsheets and Word templates that were never designed for it. Citations get lost. Costs go stale. Templates drift between planners. Reviewers find inconsistencies that undermine credibility on the stand.
LCP Tools Plan Builder was built to solve that problem. The platform gives certified planners a structured, cloud-based environment for building plans the same way every time — with reusable item libraries, organized cost inquiries, integrated cover-page and banner templates, and a built-in integrity check before a plan is marked final.
